Tuason Hauswartung · Property care, Canton Zürich · Figma design & WordPress development

No photo shoot. It still looks like one.

Tuason Hauswartung looks after buildings across Bassersdorf, Kloten, Wallisellen and Dübendorf. They needed a site that property managers would take seriously, on a budget that ruled out a photographer and a film crew. So we generated the brand imagery and the brand video with AI, and designed everything else to hold them.

The brief

Swiss trade businesses usually get one of two websites: a template wearing stock photos of somebody else’s building, or no website at all. Tuason needed the opposite, because the people they sell to aren’t homeowners browsing on a phone. They’re property management firms and Stockwerkeigentümer associations handing over the contract for an entire building.

That audience reads a website as a competence test. So it had to feel like a firm with a process, not a person with a van. The budget said something else entirely: no shoot, no crew, no stock library.

What we did

The whole thing was designed in Figma before a line of it was built, then developed on WordPress. Design first, build second, nothing improvised in the browser.

The imagery is where the budget problem got solved. Every brand photo on the site is AI generated and art directed to match the real company: the grey polo with the TA mark on the back, the blue roofline logo, a Swiss plant room, a Swiss stairwell, a village under snow at dusk. The hero runs a generated brand video behind the headline instead of a still. It reads like a company that owns a uniform and hired a crew, because the pixels were made to that brief rather than pulled from a stock library.

The structure does the selling. Seven services each get a full block with their own image and their own copy instead of sharing a grid of icons, so a property manager can scan straight to the one they came for: Hauswartung, Reinigung, Gartenpflege, Winterdienst, Reparaturen, Entsorgung, and a 24/7 Pikettdienst. The service towns sit in the first line of the page, and the language throughout is the language people actually search with.

And the site is built to be contacted. The quote form asks the questions Tuason needs answered before they can price anything: property type, number of units, which services, when it starts, and whether there’s a caretaker in place already. Winterdienst got its own landing page with its own form, because snow clearing in Switzerland is a legal duty rather than a nice-to-have, and it’s the one service people go looking for on a deadline.
