Our own royal history channel on YouTube. We research, write, voice and edit every video. YouTube approved it for monetization 42 days after we started.
The brief
Our own YouTube channel about royal history, made for people who fall asleep to long videos. The goal was to get it monetized fast, without mass-produced AI videos.
What we did
We research each story and write the script with Claude, then check and edit it ourselves. The narration is made with a voice-over tool we built in the studio. We edit every video in Premiere Pro.
The results
YouTube approved the channel for monetization 42 days after we started.
In the last 28 days, it got 260,309 views, 12,700 hours of watch time and 1,100 new subscribers.
The channel has 1,173 subscribers now, and it got 42,882 views in the last 48 hours.
We still run the channel, and we use the same process for our clients’ YouTube videos.
